Masks are required in all common areas at the Princesa de Peñasco. Only 2 people (if not with your group) allowed in the elevator at a time. Masks may be removed when you are in a lounge chair at the pool, or in the pool or hot tub. All other times and places you must wear a mask.

Looking to stay at Princesa de Peñasco?

Princesa is an open rental community so each owner is free to rent with the management company they prefer including but not limited to CasaGo, Castaways, FMI, and others. Owners are also allowed to rent via Airbnb and VRBO.

The Princesa de Peñasco has 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom condos, free high speed internet, 3 beach front swimming pools (one heated during winter), an onsite dive shop, a swim up bar, family and adult jacuzzies, convenience store, on-site restaurant, fitness center and 24 hour security.

Located off the lobby of the resort, the convenience store has a variety of items available for purchase. Hours:  Mon-Wed 9am – 5pm; Thurs-Sun 7am – 11pm

Located in the lobby of the Princesa de Penasco, the onsite Concierge offers a variety of services ranging from rentals for paddle boards, snorkeling, and kayaks to reserving a personal chef or arranging delivery of flowers.  See a list of their services here.  Hours – daily (except Wed & Sun) from 9am – 5pm; Wed 2pm – 5pm; and Sunday 10am – 1pm.

Sandy Beach

Sandy Beach, is Rocky Point’s most popular stretch of shoreline. This lengthy expanse of powdery golden sand backs onto our beautiful resort. The public beach is perfect for families, offering ample space for volleyball or sandcastles.

Puerto Peñasco

Puerto Peñasco, also known as Rocky Point or “Arizona’s Beach”, is a resort town located in the Puerto Peñasco Municipality in the northwest of the Mexican state of Sonora. It is located on the northern shores of the Sea of Cortez on the small strip of land that joins the Baja California Peninsula with the rest of Mexico. It is one of the most important tourist destinations in northern Mexico. It is the closest beach to Phoenix, Tucson and Yuma.
